4. No Guarantee of Recovery

We commit to using our best efforts, expertise, and technology to trace assets and build a case, but we cannot warrant a specific outcome.

5. Fees and Payments

Our initial consultation is free of charge. If we determine your case is viable and you choose to retain our services, fees will be structured as per the Service Agreement signed between you and the Company. This may include:

• Upfront Retainer: To cover the cost of forensic tools and man-hours.
• Success Fee: A percentage of the recovered amount, payable only upon successful restitution.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recovery funds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
